This year's folk music organizer - we are nominated!

Farsund Folk Festival has been nominated for the award for folk music organizer of the year 2022. We are very happy and grateful for that.

The prize, which has been awarded by FolkOrg since 2012, will be awarded in connection with the industry meeting Folkelarm on 24 November.

These are the nominees for folk music organizer of the year 2022!
The folk music organizer of the year has been awarded by FolkOrg since 2012, and will highlight good organizing work and honor the best organizers. This year's folk music organizer is chosen by the board of FolkOrg on the basis of nominations.  

The price is NOK. 20,000 and will be awarded at our festival and industry event Folkelarm which is 24 - 27 November. The award ceremony itself will take place on Thursday 24 November when we will have a party performance with the award ceremony of the Folkarm Awards and, not least, award honors and glory to Folk Musician of the Year 2022.
