Åsmund Reistad

Åsmund Reistad has a long career as a musician in many different contexts. He plays in various bands and also has a great solo career. He is a regular guitarist for Aasmund Nordstoga, and was part of the legendary folk music band Chateau Neuf Spelemannslag. He lives in Ski, and he knows many from local bands. He is bassist in the Birgitte Damberg Trio and guitarist in the folk music duo Folk fra Follo. His self-composed waltz "Skotbu in the evening" is a tribute to his home village.
