Sian consists of three of the most gifted young Gaelic singers today: Ceitlin Lilidh, Eilidh Cormack and Ellen MacDonald - accompanied by sought-after multi-instrumentalist Innes White. With the singers' direct links to Lewis, Skye and North Uist, their arrangements combine a deep sense of tradition with bold and imaginative harmonisation, which has led them to be compared to The Staves and even Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Their self-titled debut album, produced by Donald Shaw, was released in 2020.
